Return Procedure

  2. We will send you a confirmation with a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the indicated courier.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm and process your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Return shipping is free for all serviced countries (Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand).

 Exceptions

  • Sale items and personalized products are non-refundable, unless they are defective.
